The new Suisse ePolice digital police station has been «live» since July. The fundamentally revised responsive website and the new mobile app enable citizens to capture simple thefts, property damage or losses around the clock. Each report is forwarded immediately and automatically to the relevant police corps. The necessary information for an insurance claim can also be downloaded as a PDF file. The new version of Suisse ePolice not only offers its users the highest level of data security, but also has a visually appealing appearance – during development, special emphasis was placed on user-friendly operation. Glue Software Engineering AG, as project partner of Bedag Informatik AG, was responsible for the implementation of the Citizen Front End.
