Abstract: How do I lead my company into the future? - The innovation strategy: The path to the future should be mapped out in the company's strategy. Existing business is relevant, but new business will also be needed to survive in the future. The lecture shows that the strategy has to be in two parts in order to be able to fully depict the path into the future: a so-called "Two Stars Strategy". It will also be discussed how the new parts of this two-part strategy, the innovation strategy, can be systematically developed with an innovation framework.
Speaker: Prof. em. Daniel Huber, former professor for innovation management and head of the (EMBA-) management programmes of the continuing education TI of the BFH. Previously more than 20 years at Swisscom Innovations, including 7 years as deputy head. Basic training as an electrical engineer at ETH, management training at IMD. Partner at the innovation consulting firm Inobooster.
